Sri Venugopala Swamy Development Trust uses donation information to manually confirm donations and issue receipts.

Information we collect

When you submit a donation, we collect your name, donation amount, payment reference and payment date. Mobile number and email are optional. We also keep your public display choice, donation status and receipt details. We use an essential private browser cookie to let you view your donation status and receipt in the same browser for up to 90 days.

How information is used

Authorized temple administrators use the details to compare your submission with the temple’s bank records, manage verification and generate a donation receipt. We retain records while needed for donation administration and applicable record keeping obligations; contact the temple to ask about retention or removal. No automated messages are sent.

Public donor display

The public display checkbox is off by default. Your name, donation amount and payment date appear on the Donors page only if you explicitly consent and the donation is verified. Private donations may contribute to the aggregate verified total. Contact the temple to withdraw public display consent.

Your information and contact

Your contact details, payment reference and internal records are restricted to authorized administrators. To ask about your information, request a correction or removal, or withdraw consent, contact the temple using the details above. Include your donation reference so the temple can locate the record.
